Thai Farm Cooking School in Chiang Mai, Thailand – the school is owned and operated by Sawat and his Belgian wife; it has been operational since the year 2000. This is a truly unique experience for the traveller as the Thai Farm Cooking School is the only Cooking School that operates from a farm environment. All ingredients are organically grown and used in the cooking. The traveller enjoys a visit to the local Ruamchook-market, which is a large market just outside the city on the way to the farm.
