What to do in Pattaya

It need not be all tennis!

The entertainment never stops in Pattaya, where the nightlife is just as exciting as that available in Bangkok. The city has a somewhat risqué reputation, but that is only one side of a place which had its beginnings in the Vietnam war when it offered R & R to USA forces.

Stay at the Dusit Thani, Pattaya to experience the more tranquil side of the city. The hotel is located on its own private beach at the exclusive northern end of Pattaya Bay yet within easy reach of the city's shopping and entertainment places. Two magnificent swimming pools with massive sun-bathing areas afford the opportunity to relax in perfect peace, while you ponder the dining options available on site. The guest rooms give panoramic views over the ocean or the lush, landscaped gardens.

Add to this the Deverana Spa for fabulous treatments, wraps, facials, massages, aromatic baths and as much pampering as you can cope with, and the hotel comes out as just about the best place to stay in Pattaya.

If you feel like exploring the city, then the concierge will steer you in the right direction, order the taxi or limousine, and tell you the best place to sample the delicious seafood for which the city is noted. Visit the Orchid Farm, the gem market, or take a trip to any one of the outlying towns and villages. You will be spoilt for things to do from the Dusit Thani Resort Hotel in Pattaya.
